Over 13 years of experience as a tattoo artist

Judge and art exhibitor at international tattoo conventions

Award for most socially responsible business
Fuengirola 2016
My first creative memory is watching my father from an early age. He spent his free time drawing humorous comic strips for different publications. I learned early on to see drawing as something natural—part of everyday life. Art surrounded me as a child and became my way of understanding and communicating with the world, in a time before the internet—through paper, pencil, and a typewriter.
Tattooing became a new medium to continue my need for storytelling—this time on skin.
I’ve worked with tattooing for over 13 years, and with communication and art my whole life. I understand the tattoo process and how ideas and experiences can be shaped into something personal and lasting. I see myself as a storyteller—a guide.
Learning to say no
Not every idea works as a tattoo—technically, aesthetically, or narratively—and speaking up about that is also part of my job.
Knowing when to simplify and when to go deeper is essential. Not every tattoo requires the same time or the same process.
I prefer working with people who come with an open idea and trust professional judgement, rather than reproducing images taken straight from the internet without adaptation.

Why Norway
After 13 years tattooing in my own studio on the Costa del Sol, I felt the work had become routine—even though the business was successful. The tourist-heavy environment, the type of clients, and the repetition of requests gave me fewer creative challenges. I felt stuck, and my interest in art has always been stronger than the purely business side.
At the same time, I felt a personal need to start again—to change my surroundings and my pace.
Norway entered my life at a very special moment, and became the place where I could begin again—with more quiet, more space, and a lifestyle that fits better with how I understand both work and life today.
I now live and work in Stavanger.
References and creative background
My graphic work has always been the result of a wide mix of references and influences. I come from illustration and design, which shows in how I build images: narratively, symbolically, and with a solid foundation in drawing.
Classical and fantasy illustration, symbolic and archetypal iconography, comics, and graffiti are among the key influences in how I understand composition and line work.
All of that experience is part of what I bring into tattooing today: a holistic eye, strong visual judgement, and the ability to adapt each idea to the right expression.
Recognition
A natural result of my work and commitment.
